Cancellation Notes
Plans change — let us know early so we can offer your seat to another guest.
- Without prior notice, reservations will be cancelled after the scheduled time
- Notify us via official LINE at least 4 hours before your reservation
- Fri/Sat & holidays book up quickly — late seats may not be held
- Repeated no-shows may affect future booking privileges
Spending & Deposit Policy
Honest pricing, no surprises — every charge is clear and accounted for.
- A 10% service charge applies. All menus are bilingual with listed prices — no hidden fees
- Bookings of 3+ tables require a 50% deposit. Reservation is confirmed only upon receipt; deposits are non-refundable
House Rules
To protect our atmosphere and service quality, please note the following house rules.
- Lounge: outside drinks strictly prohibited
- Outside food is prohibited venue-wide; a NT$10,000 cleaning fee applies if brought in (birthday cakes exempt)
- No entry for under-18s venue-wide after 00:00
